This offer is applicable to any Rocky Mountaineer vacation package of seven or more nights from the 2010 Rocky Mountaineer brochure.
Travel during the Rocky Mountaineer 2010 summer season between May and October (offer not applicable to April, 2010 departures).
Offer is also available for tours of four or five nights with a supplement of $99 per person.
Qualifying packages can be purchased in either class of train travel.
Qualifying packages can be purchased in any grade of accommodation.
Free Vancouver accommodation matches the accommodation grade of the package.
If a guest has upgraded his Vancouver accommodation, he must also pay for the upgrade on the free night.
Free Vancouver accommodation can only be added to a Rocky Mountaineer package starting or ending in Vancouver. It cannot be booked as a stand alone 1 night booking.
Excursion choice must be made at the time of booking.
It is not possible to change the offer in the event a subsequent offer better fits the guest itinerary.
Penalties apply to any changes and cancellations after confirmation.
