FARE TYPES Family Card VALIDITY In conjunction with Swiss Pass, Swiss Flexipass, Swiss Card and Swiss Transfer Ticket and must be requested at the time of booking. VALIDATION Passes must be validated prior to boarding the first train. Passes must be validated within 6 months from the date of issuance. EXCHANGE OR REFUND Pass must be completely unused and returned to the issuing office within 6 months from the date of issuance. Approved refunds will incur a cancellation penalty of 25% LOST OR STOLEN PASSES Pass is non-exchangeable and non-refundable if lost or stolen.
