Term And Conditions
Fares are subject to change without prior notice. Prices valid 01 January - 31 December 2012. Prices are subject to the following fees: Online bookings: $9 per pass/ticket per person online fee, capped at a maximum of $50 per booking. Email bookings (products NOT bookable online): $9 per pass/ticket per person online fee, capped at a maximum of $50 per booking. Email bookings (products bookable online): $50 fee per email booking applies. Telephone bookings: $50 fee per telephone booking applies. FARE TYPES Adult Saver Pass is valid for 2-5 people travelling together at all times. Child aged 4 - 11 years inclusive, pay 50% of the adult fare. Youth aged 12 - 25 years inclusive Infant aged under 4 travel free when not occupying a seat VALIDITY 3-10 travel days within a 2-month period. VALIDATION Pass must be validated prior to boarding the first train. Pass must be validated within 6 months from the date of issuance. EXCHANGE OR REFUND Pass must be completely unused and must be returned to the issuing office within 1 year from date of issue. Approved refunds will incur a cancellation penalty of 25%. LOST OR STOLEN RAIL PASSES Pass is non-exchangeable and non-refundable if lost or stolen. IMPORTANT Eurail Passes are only available for sale outside of Europe to non-European residents. The passes are not valid for sale to permanent residents of Europe, the Russian Federation, Turkey, Morocco, Algeria or Tunisia. Please be aware that should you be in any of the above countries for more than 6 months you considered a European "resident" and are not entitled to purchase the Eurail Pass. An equivalent pass known as "Inter-rail" is available for purchase in Europe.
