Onboard Services
Thello are comprised of sleeper coaches (2-4), a restaurant car and couchettes (6-10). The composition of the train will vary according to seasonal operations.

Sleepers
• Single, double or triple berth sleepers are available
• Bedding has duvet, sheets and pillow
• Sound system
• Bathroom with sink, towels and shaver
• A travel kit with toiletries and a bottle of water are available
• Breakfast, included in the price of your ticket, is served in dining car.

4-Berth Couchette
• Ideal for family travel
• Individual climate control
• Beds are furnished with sheets, a duvet and a pillow.
• Bottled water and slippers are available.
• Washrooms with sinks and toilets are available in each car.
• Breakfast is available in the restaurant car service or there is a vending located in each car.
• Gender specific compartments.
• Customers requiring a private compartment can book four tickets to secure this.

6-Berth Couchette
• Ideal for friends travelling together or groups
• Individual climate control
• Beds are furnished with sheets, a duvet and a pillow.
• Bottled water is available.
• Washrooms with sinks and toilets are available in each car.
• Breakfast is available in the restaurant car service or there is a vending located in each car.
• Mixed compartments.
• Customers requiring a private compartment can book six tickets to secure this.

Onboard Dining
Restaurant: Dine with family or friends in the dining car and enjoy a pleasant and warm atmosphere. The restaurant offers a variety of hot and cold dishes, delicious French and Italian cuisine and a range of carefully selected wines.

The Bar Car: A relaxing place to socialize and grab a quick snack or drink. A wide selection of drinks, sandwiches, salads, soups and other hot dishes are available. In the mornings, the bar car offers baked pastries and fresh coffee to start your day.

Trolley Service: Is planned on board in the evening and morning, offering hot and cold drinks, sandwiches and pastries as well as essential items.

• Special cancellation fees apply to some fares.
• Exchange and refund policies vary depending on the type of fare purchased.
• Refunds can only be performed in the issuing country, up to 60 days after departure date.
• For any refund requests, tickets has to be endorsed and stamped as UNSUSED

Check-in Procedures
No specific check-in procedures
Ticket inspectors will check tickets during the journey. Customers are required to provide proof of eligibility for the fare you have chosen when requested.
Thello offers a dedicated ticket counter and information desk close to the departure/arrival platform at Paris’ Gare de Lyon Station
Thello night trains run through Switzerland and customers must have a valid ID card/passport, along with a valid visa if applicable.
