Eurail Pass Bonuses
Your rail pass is your ticket to a range of free or discounted ferry crossings, discounts on river boats, museums, buses, river crossings, accommodation, car hire and more. A comprehensive list is available in the Eurail Traveller’s Guide, which you will receive with your documentation.
7pm Bonus:
You could travel between 7pm and midnight for FREE. If you board a direct overnight train after 7pm (1900) then you only need to write the next day’s date in the calendar box on your pass, provided it falls within the validity of the pass.
Special Bonuses:
Bonus offers can only be obtained in Europe, from the local office of the service provider. Sometimes it is possible to make a reservation through the service provider’s call centre. Always check in advance that that company you are dealing with actually honours the discount. Your rail pass must be valid in the country in question.
Holders of a flexi pass please note: A free bonus requires the use of a travel day; reduced offers do not require the use of a travel day. For reduced travel, the pass must be valid for the country of departure or the country of arrival. For free travel, the pass must be valid in the country of departure and the country of arrival.
