Routes and Travel Times
Eurostar crosses the Channel Tunnel and runs at speeds of up to 300kms per hour on high-speed lines in France, Belgium and Great Britain. The train departs from St Pancras International in the centre of London and arrives in the centre of Paris 2 hours and 15 minutes later or in the centre of Brussels 1 hour 51 minutes later.

Services between French cities cannot be booked from Australia.
Note: Over the next few months there will be various renovations in Eurostar's Terminal at Paris Gare du Nord. During these renovations, Standard and Standard Premier travellers should allow extra time on top of the normal 30 minute check-in, particularly between December 2011 and February 2012. Wherever possible, Eurostar will keep 10 minute check-in for Business Premier.

Business Premier
Business Premier has been created to meet Business travellers’ expectations (flexibility of ticket, wireless in the business lounges, wide range of services on board, etc).
Before boarding
• A fast lane check-in: check-in closes 10 minutes before departure (refer Check-in and Immigrations Procedures heading for important information regarding amendments to this)
• Dedicated Ticket Desk and check-in desks
• Access to the departure lounge and shops once checked-in (at London, Paris and Brussels stations)
• An exclusive Business Premier Lounge access in Paris, London, Ashford, Ebbsfleet and Brussels: state-of-the-art design, peaceful and well-equipped space with comfortable seats, free WiFi connection, complimentary newspapers available, snack, power sockets to load computers and cell phones.
On Board
• Air-conditioned carriages
• Dedicated carriages, welcome at the entrance of the carriage
• Spacious reclining seats with generous legroom
• Each seat has either an individual slide out table or a fixed table shared with adjacent passengers
• Power sockets at seat - UK and European/ Other plugs need adaptors
• Full catering ‘at seat’: meal on tray service, modern look cutlery, china and glass

• Two bar buffets where you will find wide choice of snacks, drinks and light meals (coaches 6 and 13)
• Catering not included in the ticket price
• Each seat has either an individual slide out table, or a fixed table shared with adjacent passengers
Additional information:
• All Eurostar trains are non-smoking
• Wheelchair space in Business Premier/Standard Premier
• Full size rest rooms in each car
• Baby-changing facilities in 2nd class, in cars 1 & 18, at each end of the train. The baby changing rooms have sink, soap, changing table and disposable changing table covers.
• Family areas are located in coach 1 & 18
• Prams/Strollers must be folded up before boarding Eurostar train
• Eurostar offers a complimentary children’s pack for children under 7 travelling on the direct Disney service. These packs may be collected from staff in the departure terminals
• Travellers can, at the Bar-Buffet, purchase tickets for public transportation networks in the Netherlands, Brussels and Paris
Fares
Eurostar services can only be booked up to 6 months in advance.
Eurostar tickets to Brussels are valid to any Belgian station (see Any Belgian Station section. below). Passengers can travel on one ticket for this journey.

Adult: fares available in Business Premier, Leisure Select, Standard Premier and Standard
Child (4-11yrs): available in Standard Premier and Standard
Youth (12-25yrs): available in Standard
Senior (60+yrs): available in Standard
Traveller’s ages are based on age at travel departure date
Passholder fares:
Holders of flexi passes will NOT have to use one day of validity from the pass.
Customers are not allowed to purchase a first class passholder fare with a second class pass.
It is no longer necessary for Eurostar to validate Eurail Passes.
Passholder fare: are valid for travellers carrying a Eurail Global Pass; Eurail Select pass including: France; Eurail France-Italy Pass; Eurail France-Spain Pass; Eurail France-Germany; Eurail Benelux-Germany; Eurail France-Switzerland Pass; Eurail France-Benelux; Eurail Benelux Pass; France Rail Pass; BritRail Pass; BritRail Pass + Ireland or BritRail England Pass; BritRail London Plus Pass. These fares are available in both Standard Premier and Standard class.
Fare types:
Full Fare: Fully flexible, exchangeable in UK/Europe and refundable before and after departure
Flexi Fare: Semi flexible, exchangeable in UK/Europe by paying difference in price with next available fare in same or higher class of service, and a fixed administration fee.
Value Fare: Non exchangeable and non refundable
Passholder Fare: Exchangeable once in UK/Europe before departure, fees apply
Youth Fare: Non exchangeable and non refundable
Senior Fare: Non exchangeable and non refundable
Child Fare: Exchangeable once in UK/Europe before departure, fees apply
Exchange/Refund
Exchange and refund policies vary depending on the type of fare purchased.
Exchange in Europe: Exchange can only be performed at any Eurostar Station (Paris Nord, London St Pancras International, Bruxelles Midi, Ebbsfleet International, Ashford International, Calais-Frethun).
Clients are able to exchange their Eurostar tickets by phone from International +44 1777 77 78 77 or within the UK 01777 77 78 77. This is valid before and until 2 months after the travel date for fully exchangeable tickets (Business Premier/Full Fare) and ONLY before departure date for all other exchangeable tickets. Tickets which have been exchanged by phone require travellers to contact staff at the manual check-in booth, providing details of the train time and PNR reference.
Refunds Special cancellation fees apply to some fares.
Refunds, when authorised, can only be arranged in the issuing country within 2 months from train’s departure date.
For Business Premier & Flexible fare: Full refund or exchange is possible, until 2 months after the train’s departure date.
Check-in and Immigration Procedures
Standard Premier and Standard Class travellers must check-in at least 30 minutes prior to the departure or boarding will not be allowed.
A last minute check-in for Business Premier clients is available 10 minutes before departure time.
Clients must have all required immigration documents and passport (identity card, passport, visa if necessary) to permit entry into the destination country.

Immigrations Passport, baggage and security checks will take place at the Eurostar Terminals and/or on board the train during the journey.
Travellers who are not citizens of the European Union, are required to fill in an Immigration card for entry into the UK. These are made available in the Eurostar terminals.
Please note: The UK Border Agency is no longer able to carry out passport checks on departure from Marne-la-Vallée Station (Disneyland®Paris), and will instead check passports on arrival in the UK. Travellers may therefore experience a short wait before leaving the Eurostar terminal in the UK. It is advisable to allow an extra 30 minutes for any onward connections.
Any Belgium Stations
The "Any Belgian Station" (ABS) fare enables travellers to benefit from a special price for a journey in Belgium, in continuation (or just before) the Eurostar journey. ABS fares includes both the Eurostar and the Belgian segment, for a minimal cost. ABS ticket allows travel, immediately prior to or following the Eurostar journey, on any local train running on the Belgian domestic rail network. There is no need to make a reservation for the local Belgian train journey.
ABS fares are not offered for passholders.
ABS fares are NOT VALID for trips on ICE or Thalys within Belgium.

Eurostar takes travellers on an unforgettable high-speed train journey through the Channel Tunnel, from London to Paris and Brussels with seasonal routes onto Avignon & French Alps.
Ski Train to French Alps
Season: Mid December to mid April
Stops: Moûtiers, Aime-la-PLagne, Bourg St Maurice
Accessible resorts: Courchevel, La Plagne, Les Arcs, Méribel, Tignes, Val d’Isère, Val Thorens, Les Menuires
Check-in: Minimum check-in before departure is 60 minutes
Luggage: Extra item of luggage on top of the normal luggage allowance such as a pair of skis or a snowboard can be taken onboard at no extra cost.
Avignon
Season: Every Saturday from early July to early September
Direct service from London St Pancras International to Avignon Centre Station
Eurostar Culture Connect
Culture Connect is a unique partnership between Eurostar and specially selected museums and galleries in London, Paris and Brussels. Eurostar ticket holders travelling from London to Paris or Brussels can get 2 for 1 entry to paying exhibitions or permanent collections at participating French or Belgian museums and galleries, whilst customers travelling from Paris or Brussels to London get 2 for 1 entry to paying exhibitions or permanent collections at any of the participating London museums and galleries. The offer is available for up to 5 days after arrival at destination.
